Returns & Refunds
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
After 30 days, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original sealed packaging
- Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation)

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, any return shipping costs may be deducted from the final refund amount.

Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer refunds for:
- Items not in original condition
- Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned after 30 days
- Sale or discounted items
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 10–45 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank or card provider (processing times may vary)

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same product, contact us at hello@hyperice.al and ship the item to the return address provided by our team.
